Assisting Immersion Weekend
Offering hands-on assists is a practice ofconnection and communication.
The power of touch has been known to support, heal, reduce stress and boost our immune system. In this Assisting Intensive Weekend you will be invited to move beyond the boundaries of uncertainty that we experienced in the last few years in order to reconnect with yourself and others through intentional impactful assists.
About the Weekend

Tami Schneider and Scott Supler will offer detailed demos to explore the more technical aspects, looking at basic anatomy and healthy alignment, and how to communicate through your hands with clarity and confidence.
You will gain the power of touch to help stabilize, empower, and wake-up the body and spirit. The tools you will learn in this 22-hour program are practical and can be applied immediately into your practice.
Who is this program for?
This program is great for all levels of yogis looking to understand the yoga poses and to learn through hands-on adjustments of the body. Teaching experience is recommended but not required to participate in this weekend program. If you are a Certified Yoga Teacher you can use this weekend session as a 22hr Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credit.

To those who graduated from a 200-hour program during 2020-2022, chances are you didn't get a lot of hands-on assisting training due to Covid restrictions. This program is perfect for you and will enhance your teaching skills and build your confidence for new connection with your students.
