POPULAR CLASSES
Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga
Our signature class! Led intentionally, students flow from pose to pose utilizing alignment principles, personal awareness and movement with breath. This class is creatively designed to transform your body and revive your spirit to experience new possibilities for yourself. Classes are heated to 88+ degrees. Bring a towel to wipe up your sweat! Designed for all levels of fitness, we encourage you to scale your practice up or down depending on your desired level of intensity for any given day.
Yoga Sculpt
Our Yoga Sculpt class combines the mindful flow of yoga with the energizing challenge of strength training for a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and empowered. Set to upbeat music, this class weaves traditional yoga postures with dynamic movements, light weights (2–8 lbs), and bursts of cardio to build endurance and tone every muscle. Expect to sweat, move with purpose, and find your edge—all while staying connected to your breath. Classes are heated, so bring a towel and water. Designed for all fitness levels, you can modify or amplify your practice to meet your goals each day.
Slow Flow
Mindful, intuitive movements are the focus of our Slow Flow yoga classes. If you’re looking for a slower-paced, vinyasa-based practice—this one is for you! These classes are both therapeutic and invigorating, offering time to explore alignment, deepen awareness, and connect breath with movement at an unhurried pace. Perfect for those craving a practice that allows for greater ease and intention. But remember—slow doesn’t mean easy! You’ll build strength, stability, and mindfulness as you move deliberately through each pose.
Heated: 75-78 degrees
Levels: All levels, with variations offered.
Deep Candlelit Flow
Deep Flow is an ALL LEVELS class in the heat that warms up for the first 30min with a flowing pace then we transition to the floor for a good juicy 30min of hips and chest openers. The longer holds with an emphasis on hip opening poses, gives you access to release built up tension and stress. New yogis welcome! Class is candlelit and with chill music.​

Rest & Restore
Rest & Restore is a strategic recovery class designed to complement strong, high-intensity yoga and training. Expect breath-guided mobility and stability work, yin-inspired and restorative postures supported with props to promote joint health and sustainable mobility, and intentional pacing that helps the nervous system downshift and recover.
Class concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra (NSDR) practice — a structured, lying-down technique shown to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, deeper rest, and improved recovery.
This class is ideal for students who train hard and want their practice to support strength, resilience, and longevity, as well as anyone seeking effective stress management, better sleep, relaxation, and a calm, focused mind
