Beginners should start
with our Power Yoga Basics classes. (If they do
not work with your schedule, we suggest that you contact
us so that we may determine the best way for you
to begin your practice with us.) Be patient
in your progress! Over time, you will become familiar
with the poses and you will soon be comfortable in any
class on our schedule. Also, look for our Beginner’s
Series Workshops which are scheduled every month.
