Amy began practicing yoga at the age of 18.  In the summer of 2007, Amy attended Baron Baptiste's teacher training bootcamp. She then began teaching Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga at Om on the Range Yoga Studio in Chicago, IL. After living for a year in Chicago, she decided that her heart was still in her hometown of Cleveland, OH.  Amy describes her classes as fun, athletic, and empowering. Amy plans on continuing her teaching education with Baron Baptiste and the inspirational teachers at Cleveland Yoga.
