What gives you peace?  A warm, soft breeze. 

Why Yoga? Yoga gives me hope.

3 words to describe you:  Loyal, giving and joyful! 

What / who inspires you?  Mother Nature.  (We need to take care of her.)

What you can’t live without?  Love.

Favorite yoga pose and why ?  Triangle Pose.  I feel balanced, secure and open.

Secret comfort foods?  Avocados with lime and salt; warm soy milk with honey; and salt and vinegar potato chips. 

Words to live by (or your favorite quote):  Never say "never".  And, “BE the change”.

Best advice you’ve ever received (from who?):  “Pause, then do the RIGHT thing.”  From, my husband Kent. 

Words to describe your teaching style?  Challenging, athletic, uplifting and passionate. 

What do you love to do for FUN?   Golf, hike, dance and dine out.

When/where/with who was your first yoga class?  1999 with Molly Fox at a fitness conference in Miami.

Local escape:  Squire Vallevue Farms with Woody and Mae (my "mae"-niac mixed breed-dog and my German Shepherd.)

Tami Schneider, CYT/RYT has been teaching yoga since 1998. She is a Certified/Associate Teacher in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and has had the privilege of assisting Baron Baptiste during weekend and week-long student and teacher trainings. She continues her ongoing studies with Baron and has spent 20 years studying and teaching various fitness and wellness disciplines.

Tami is an animal lover and is also active in raising funds for local humane establishments, non-profit organizations and worldwide charities.
