Who inspires me?  My two sons, Colin and Alex.

What I can't live without: being near the ocean several times a yr.

Favorite Yoga pose: triangle opens up my whole body as I slowly stretch into it.

What I do for fun: roller blade, hike, shop.

My first yoga class : 6yrs ago I went with my mom to a class at Faimount Temple taught by Dympna Ferrante, Thanks Mom!

Local escape: I go with my husband for a walk in a Metroparks.  Or, if I want to escape everything, I make jewelry.
