I wish for… the ability to not want anymore.

What gives me peace is the knowledge that I can tap into an endless reservoir of peace at any time I choose.

Why Yoga? To end suffering.

What/who inspires me:  People who have survived against the odds.

What you can’t live without:   Breath.

Favorite Yoga pose and why: Shivasana, because I can feel large and I feel the benefit of the postures that came before.

Secret comfort foods: Camomile tea, oatmeal, peanut butter.

Best advice you have ever received: You know you are moving in the right direction when it brings you closer to love... My Mom.

Words to describe your teaching style: I like to introduce people to their own teachers.

What do you love to do for fun: I love to paint, ride horses, hike, travel, play tennis.

When/where/with who was your first yoga class? 1999 in California not sure of the teachers name.
