Meredith Solomon began practicing yoga in 2000 and has continued to immerse herself in a variety of different styles, teachers and traditions. Her 200 hour level teacher training, with Marni Task, was influenced by the Jivamukti and Anusara traditions.  Her classes are well rounded and always incorporate a blend of meditation, pranayama and vinyasa.
