I am thankful for..... family, friends, Cleveland Yoga, yoga, books.

What gives you peace? Meditating and puttering around in my home.

Why Yoga? It has stripped away old wounds and keeps new wounds from building up so I can live fully and joyfully.

3 words to describe you:  Happy, fulfilled, loving.

What / who inspires you? My husband, daughters, students and teachers.

What you can’t live without?  Pedicures (especially, Lilly's), crossword puzzles and books.

Favorite yoga pose and why?  Down Dog because it always feels so good at the beginning of practice.

Secret comfort foods? This is not secret but it's chips, guacamole and salsa.

Words to live by (or your favorite quote):  Lord, guide me and heal me so I may be of greater service to others.

Best advice you’ve ever received (from who?):  Be a tortoise and not a hare (Baron Baptiste).

What do you love to do for FUN?   Go out to eat or do anything with girlfriends.
