Our classes are inspired by the Baptiste
method of Power Vinyasa Yoga. Our studio and its teachers
are driven by a vision, mission and purpose of the highest calling
that is built on a foundation of time-honored practices and universal
principles.
Power Yoga Basics: For beginning students and for students wishing to practice at a moderate pace. This class combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness. This is a wonderful class to learn the art of power vinyasa yoga and experience principles for de-stressing your life. Our basic’s class is practiced in a warmed room for increased flexibility and ridding the body of toxins.

Power Vinyasa Yoga : Our most popular and invigorating of classes! Based on the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga students move consistently from pose to pose – utilizing the principles of alignment, the practice of personal awareness and the breath. The Baptiste system of power vinyasa yoga has quickly become one of the most widely known and respected methods of today’s yoga practices as a way to achieve personal transformation. Classes are designed for ALL LEVELS; however, we recommend that the brand new student begin with our Power Yoga Basics classes to familiarize themselves with the Baptiste system. This challenging and flowing form of yoga will transform your body and revive your spirit. Bring a towel! The room is warmed to 85 degrees. Please note that some class lengths vary from 60 minutes, 75 minutes and 90 minutes. We recommend you select a class based on your experience and stamina.

Specialty Classes
Vinyasa Yoga :Our Vinyasa Yoga classes are similar to our Power Vinyasa Yoga classes but can offer a blend of Jivamukti Yoga, Anusara Yoga and other Hatha yoga principles. These powerful flowing classes are infused with breathing practices, spiritual teachings and an asana (poses). In each class you will explore your own personal power with held postures, meditation and freedom of movement. Taste and experience true liberation! Vinyasa Yoga is a class designed for ALL LEVELS! Beginners and seasoned students are welcome.

Power Yoga Sculpt:Combining power vinyasa yoga and the overload principle from the world of strength training. Experience a creative blend of traditional power yoga poses along with traditional fitness exercises to build muscular strength, boost your metabolism, and to promote muscular balance and flexibility. Class also includes core abdominal work (yoga-style) and, of course a final relaxation segment. This class is challenging, stimulating and very effective! Weighted, streamlined bars and soft weighted balls are provided. Bring a towel to mop up the sweat! Some yoga experience is suggested.

Slow Flow Yoga:Slow moving yoga poses are introduced to promote mobility and healing in the body. Experience the art of deep breathing for personal awareness and relaxation. This practice will deepen the connection between the fluid movements, each breath you take and an increasing peace of mind in your life. A therapeutic class for those who are new to yoga, recovering from injury or illness or for those wishing to move their body with ease and awareness.
